Försäkringskassan is the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, a government agency that administers social insurance in Sweden.

• Designed an app prototype in Figma that makes use of
  the official website functions. New layout, the application
  process, and simplified onboarding process for new users.
• Figma and Miroboard tools. For design thinking and
  prototyping low-high Fidelity.
• Qualitative usability testing, design thinking, service
  design, and user personas.
